SGP4 Features

• Location Utility Service: Enhanced and configurable geocoding and reverse geocoding including syntactic parsers, quality of service factors and sorting in alphabetical “buckets”.
  
  
• Route and Rank Service: Functionalities include combinations of route instructions, turn-by-turn manoeuvres, route geometry and maps to describe routes, ranking routes by travel distances and times and many others.
  
  
• Presentation Service: The interface for map display functionalities supports: image overlays, geometric map overlays, multiple output maps, numerous output raster map formats, real-time traffic overlay, look & feel for different device types.
  
  
• Area of Interest (AOI) Service: Supports retrieval of AOIs containing a given location; AOI overlap queries; AOI attribute information retrieval.
  
  
• Directory Service: Complex POI proximity search functionality including multi databases management, datasets versioning and access restriction, SmartZone Content Pack Builder, Webraska’s content data integration tool.
  
  SmartZone Content Pack Builder is the outcome of Webraska’s strong partnership with existing customers and massive experience of data integration. It offers flexibility and improves quality control, maintenance and support. This tool produces “Content packages” in a set of 7 identified steps:
  
  
  • Source: Read / merge additional data and load source files
  • Normalization: set-up data to a standard internal representation (example: lowercase all)
  • Category: management and display of dataset tree
  • Location: Display POI on maps, allow to check, modify & save on a friendly interface the POI position results
  • Spatial Index: Improve search on specific datasets related to their density
  • Phonetization: Enable user phonex configuration set-up. Increase significantly search results applicable to a specific dataset
  • Package: Build a package used by SGP Services for specific dataset. Each package will run on multiple databases
    
    
• Incorporated Traffic Services: Integration with the optional traffic services enables traffic sensitive navigation, traffic adjusted drive times, and traffic maps.
